A lot of people have moved on after the FC2 quality control debacle, i've never seen forum participation die this soon after a game's release - speaks volumes. A few stay behind because...
A) They really like the game and think the head injury they sustained gives them character
B) They really hate the game but some faint hope exists that Ubi will do something and tell someone
C) They really hate the game and are trying to get their $65 CDN worth of entertainment by trolling

D) They like the game for the most part but some things annoy them and they are desperately hoping for an SDK so that we can mod the game ourselves.
PS: Why can't they just give us the developer's map maker/content maker and then cripple it so that we can't make a whole new game- but just MUCH MUCH MUCH better maps and perhaps some SP missions? They said that ubi's own map maker was too complex... well- some people on these forums have nothing better to do than learn a new software

I don't buy but three or four games a year, I've played Crysis into the ground and Christmas has put a damper on considering another game purchase at the moment, so I'm in the; "Far Cry 2's a frustrating mixed bag of really good elements and crap and I'm hoping for a patch miracle." camp.

Perhaps a bit more detail on what you mean by 'Kind of game forum' would help? You need to be serious for people to take you seriously, posting a thread with no caps at all and spelling errors in the title doesnt help either.
