ok, did they give you a date because if they didnt, dont count on them ever coming out because they have already planned a Socom 3.

they are already out in the OPM issues. a disk comes with and u install it to the HDD

New map is out in the December '04 Official Playstation Magazine (with GTA San Andreas on the cover). I have not played it yet, but my friends and countrymen have and say it is pretty **** big. (I can't believe that it blocked the word ****)...sub the word **** with the word friggin..

OK...I have officially played the "AFTER HOURS" map after getting VOTED OUT by some childish losers the third round (they were pissed I kept killing everyone http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif). As for what I thought, the map is pretty although a little dark in some spots. There seems to be a lot of places to setup and hide, from the Subway Tunnels to the Rooftops. It does seem to lag a bit (a'la Fish Hook) but it may have been due to the person who was hosting it.

My only complaint is the requirement of the HDD. Most people I usually play with don't have it, and have not been able to locate it without having to purchase FFXI ($99).
