I get thh message that my key was already used, and if that is wrong i should contact ubisoft, but i have no idea how to contact you guys. Can anyone help me out here?

Down at the bottom of this page, there is a "Contact Us" button. Click it. ???? Receive bacon.

mr. wabby, the beta does NOT start until Nov. 30th. i would try putting in your code then.
