Someone please help me with the multiplayer mode of far cry 2. Everytime or allmost allways, they keep disconecting me out of the sever, so here I'am playing and kicking some *** and BOOM "you have been disconected out of the server" it's getting annoying and my xp is not raising thx to this problem. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif THANK YOU FOR READING THIS. double check that you have the ports open correctly for the game - you could be timing out.
The following ports need to be open in your router or firewall, in order to play this game online:
9000-9004 TCP & UDP (default ports)
You can configure the ports that are used from within the Network options in the game.
Please make sure that you have the latest firmware driver updates for your router from the manufacturers website.
