Stardock Invalid Key Problem

I searched the forum and I have found a lot of complaints going back two years about the invalid key code problem with stardock copyright protection but I haven't seen any answers. I sent in a question on the ubi support site (a whole other issue there!)...have they fixed this issue (and if so, why not have an FAQ addressing it?). If not, are they sending refunds? Do you take it back to the store you bought it from?

I would like to know if anyone who had this problem recieved a solution? (Without installing a new DVD drive or something else similarly insane!).

If it had been a snake, it would have bitten you. Perhaps if you looked for StarFORCE, rather than StarDOCK, you might have found it.

I think it did bite me! (Trying to instal too many games on to a new system at once!).

As per the link, once I entered the 25 digit key instead of adding the last two strings it worked fine.
