I have 2 games I bought from UBI directly but cannot install( frustrating)
they emailed me unlock codes but they dont work says not a valid code
I do have message @ubisoft support started although process very slow
bummed all the time waiting then dl install and then wait again
I just recieved an email the codes I was sent were for the 2 free maps and no game codes new email only sent me 1 game code so now I start the process all over again for my second game code this is frustraing at best. I bought2 1 for me and 1 for my sons 18th BD he gets the 1st onehttp://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Hi there,
This may not be related to the issue, but I'm just checking that the game is released in your region.
We have had a few people trying to install it before it's officially released, and the error code it gives is a little misleading http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif
If the game has released in your region, please ignore me, and I will leave support to resolve it for you.

I have the same problem. Steam clearly says that its an invalid product key. Calling support offers no help. I've done that twice. They say it takes 24-48 hours to get the ticket responded to. Emailing yields an almost automated response citing FAQ information.
Apparently Ubistore is distributing "Ubisoft" keys for the software and not "Steam" unlock keys. I asked about getting a refund so I can go buy it from Steam but I was told there is a no refund policy on the download from Ubistore.
What a great start to this games release. I just hope they get thier S4!t together.

I too have been told that Ubistore is distributing Ubisoft keys and not Steam keys. I have received word from Eugen systems that they are aware of the problem but that only Ubisoft can correct it. Eugen Systems says they have been told by Ubisoft that the problem should be resolved within 24 hours.

UPDATE JUST INSTALLED 1 GAME AND I AM GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM Ubi tech support sent me an email that its a store issue the store says its tech support I am try now to get a second product key that i purchased

finally RUSE solved I received both keys release date 9.10.10 for me
I have discovered Ubisoft is at least slow in there communications over the last week since original purchase. But in the end my Son and I can now play RUSE the game.
