Achievements only 4? or 50? How can I see what ive earned?

Ok so I know there are 50 achievements in the game and I have the PC version of course.

my question is why do the console achievements pop up
IE mailer daemon (when viewing mail)
but then there is no trace of this online at ubi or uplay or ingame...

can you either disable them or enable them to actually count even if its meaningless?

or let me know if im missing a section that shows them

I know ive earned 20+ of them but its only showing 3 in uplay

There's an option which shows the full list and which ones you've earned. I think it's in options->statistics->achievements.
