ok i only have pop sot not pop ww so i went to a game shop and bought it. its very hard to find pal ps2 games in singapore but there is this one shop that i go to. so i bought the game and took it home i tried it in my ps2 and it didn't work. i tried it about three hundred times but it still didn't work. so i took it back to the game shop with the receipt and they didn't give me a refund! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_mad.gif There is a sign on the wall that says you can get a refund within one week of the purchase! and i came back two days after i bought it! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_mad.gif

oh and in case all you people are wondering the shop was called Sun Gaming
(i'm not sure but i think it is a chinese or singaporean company so you might not have heard of it)

no they didn't give a reason they just said we can't give you a refund
im never going back there again
i forgot to say the was preowned but you can still get refunds for them!

Can u sue them for selling a phony product??. If not then find out who it was last preowned by, and then ask him/her if it was working fine when they had gotten the game and if they say Yes, then see if there are scratches on ur disc, or if the gameshop did something to it. If the previos owner says no then blame the company he/she got the game from.

Actually, preowned games have longer warrantees, so that doesnt effect if he gets a refund.

In singapore can u ask them to test the game before u buy it??

The gaming shop should replace it with another Copy.Ask them about the replacement Procedure.So that It would be justice with your Money

im still annoyed at them though.
i have decided to still keep on going to there store.
