I have been working with this camera system ALL-DAY!!!! I have done 13 tests throughout the day using the usb camera and body test. The results of the trials ranged from 1% to 67%!!! The most UNRELIABLE, DISAPPOINTING, TERRIBLE GAMING SYSTEM!!! I took it back to the retailer and there was nothing defective about it and it performs the same as others. Therefore, it is pointless to keep exchanging it again and again....AND NOT REFUNDABLE! WASTE OF MY TIME, MONEY, ENERGY!! This was a gift from my kids and they are upset that it wasted $70 of their Christmas money! Ubisoft....PAY-UP!!!
Consumers....be sure to voice your concerns...you have a right to have a decent product worth your hard earned money. Ubisoft needs to do something now!!! Retailers are getting frustrated by the attempts at trying to exchange and return the game! After the holidays people are going to be furious!!! Ubisoft!!...Own up to the poor performance for an interesting concept. (Electronic sales associates of retailers are already wise to the problems....sales are going to FLOP!!!!)I will be checking this forum and responses daily!I will be looking for action on behalf of Ubisoft and cheated consumers!!!

Hi brubakaj! Welcome to the forums. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

We are sorry to hear that your camera has not been properly functioning. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif This seems to be a rare problem. Try using the following best practices:

- Make sure your whole body is visible on the screen

- There should be a contrast between what your wearing and your background. If you have a white background be sure to wear dark clothing so that the camera can pick up on your motion better etc.

- Make sure that no one is behind you while you are working out (no other movement but your own is present).

Please let us know if any of these suggestions help. Thanks for posting! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I am completely disappointed by this game. I would like to know what fitness experts designed it and for who? If they designed this with the bored 150 lb housewife in mind, fine then say that. But anyone who has disabilities or is obese is going to have a seriously hard time with this game. Jumping Jacks? One Handed Planks? Skipping??

If you could exclude these exercises, that would work. But you can't.

I just find it very hard to believe that between all the "EXPERT" advice and the "400+ exercises", of which after 10 workouts I have seen the same 8 or 9, I think they culd have taken twenty minutes to come up with a tagging system that allows the user to exclude those types of exercises from their routine.

Seems to me another game that was rushed through development to make the Christmas market and is all the poorer for it.

Yep same here, mine was a christmas present as the family knows I love using the WII for fitness workouts but this is so frustrating and annoying that working out is not fun at all. The stupid trainer keeps saying oops your doing it all wrong when I'm doing it exactly as she is and when I get angry and stop doing the exercise I get a FANTASTIC! So far most of my workouts have consisted of step touches, grapevines & v steps - boring, so I do the 15min extra challenge yoga for some interest. There are far too many rests that are far too long. So yes I too am an unhappy customer!
