I am new to that forums and the search feature doesn't work, so if someone has posted this I'm sorry.

But where can I find out what the medals you reward your crew with do and mean?

It gives them more power. I mean, they will keep there streight much longer and they will not need to rest.

You can keep "giving away medals" very simple. Just think who you really need on there post much longer.

My example: Medals for watch crew, I need them longer on duty then the rest. And then all engenering crew. etc.. etc.. etc...
