Fixed Crashing/Must Check w/ 8800GTS

Ok guys I followed these steps and got it working on my system;

Core 2 Duo 1.86ghz o/c'd @ 2.5ghz
BFG Tech 8800GTS 320mb OC

Originaly I got the Must Check error from trying to run a shortcut and the crashing from trying to run Single Player via the Auto Run menu.

1)Uninstalled and re-installed the game, I did not patch the DirectX on the CD at this time.
2)Patched game to 1.02
3)Patched game using DirectX on the CD
4)Modified the shortcut using the post found here http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/954105331/m/5901054135
5)Used the ' -|| ' posted here by LukiWithdrawn http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/954105331/m/1351043205/p/9

At this point the game would boot up via the shortcut, but hang at a black screen. So I figured I was almost there, so..
6)I followed the rest of LukiWithdrawns steps about modifying the .ini files again posted here

Notes ** I copied the -|| using copy/paste from LuckiWithdrawn's post. I am using ForeWare version 97.92

Good luck everyone, hopefully this works for you.

Update*** The changes will indeed get the game running, but I'm missing a massive ammount of textures. :< Game is unplayable

it works but it looks like hell, the lights are weird the turn off if you get like 5 inches away from em....**** this game
