Can't get game to play

I have loaded Rayman Raving Rabbids and when I try to play it I get an error message saying "Please load the original disk and not backup (1000)". What is the problem?

Is this the PC version by any chance? Because if it is, then there's nothing you can do. That version of the game full of glitches to the point where some copies don't work. And the worst of it is, Ubisoft hasn't even made a patch to fix it yet.

But if this is the PS2, Wii or XBox 360 version, then you might have a chance, although don't know it (I suck with Computer-related things like this).

Are you using disk imaging software like Daemon Tools ? You could always try to reinstall the game
