My Specs:
9800 GTX Fact OC
Q6600 2.4 ghz Quad Core
Vista x32
3 gb RAM
I'm getting 30-40 fps on ultra high at 1400 x 900 w/ no AA or V Sync

It does sound a little low but I don't have much to compare it with right now.
To compare though I get 70+FPS with ultra DX10 everything on and 4xAA on 1280x1024, 50+FPS in 3840x1024 /w same settings. Using 2x8800GTXOC'ed with a 4.1ghz wolfdale CPU.
