freeze, crash u boats

I seem to be the only one that still has a problem with the game freezing.

I can only play for about 2 minutes before the screen freezes and thats it.

I played all the way thru a year ago on the original SH IV but without these freezes.
So why does the Gold Edition I just bought
freeze all the time?

I tried enabling vertical sync, running SH4.exe
have the latest drivers but to no avail.

If nobody else is having this problem is must be something wrong with my computer.

Win xp, 2gb ram intel 6750, ati 1950 pro 256mb

Hello julius sneezer,
I don't have that much knowledge about computers but it maybe your computer is over heating.
Have you tried taking the cover off your computer and looking inside and see if your fans are running up to speed. You may want to try blowing the inside of your computer out and getting rid of any extra dust inside.

You might be right. It's been 4 or 5 months since I cleaned it out. I'll have to buy a can of compressed air tommorrow.
