if someone sees me and is not sure who i am or what happened? i.e. moving into the light accidently and having the gaurd or whatever say something like "who's there?" or "who is that?" does that count as being identified as an intruder, meaning i won't get my 100% if that happens?

no.identified as an intruder means they identifie who they saw and they start shooting at you.
