I got Asassin's Creed: Revelations when it came out but since my ps3 was broken I was only able to play it today because I got a new one. I tried to use the Uplay Passport code so I would be able to play the multiplayer but it told me I already used it but no, I did not. And the game is completly new

I have the same problem and I contacted ubisoft support from day one but they did not answer yet and this is frustrating because I already finished my free trial for the multiplayer

Hey, I discovered why the Uplay passport appeared invalid for me. It is because I bought the game for the US region and my PS account in not for the US region, now i have to create a new account for US region for it to work. Check if our game is the same region as our PS account

How do you check if your copy is for which region?

All games bought with a box have NTSC (US) PAL (UK)

I bought mine from a game shop in Australia. What do you mean by "box"? Mine is a plastic DVD box if you ask me. By the way, I don't see the word NTSC or PAL printed on the plastic box.

Does it have a 'M' or '18' on it?

Typicaly US uses M for Mature and UK 18

Another way you can check is in the game's manual.

Then that particular copy is a Queensland one.

Right.... So Australia haha. Anyways heha06 said that his code works if he used it for the right account. So what do I have to do to get my code to work? I don't know how to create an account for a specific region.

I don't think you can change the region of PS3 accounts. Do you not live in Australia?

The only way is to make a new account with the correct region like heha06 did.
