Alright, so I own the guide, I'm playing the game and apparently the Venetian Cape is available in Sequence 09. Right now I've just begun Sequence 11... So how in the world do I not have the Venetian Cape and how do I get it?

it was automaticlly added. go to ur inventory and under there go to i think it was clothing and u'll see the cape
