Ok so i traded in SCC a while back an am wondering if i need the game to take part in the pre order beta? Or is it like medal of honor were you download it?

Of course that is dependent on them actually releasing a beta for GRFS. Which is NOT a given with Ubisoft currently.
Currently all we know is what we don't know. Which is a lot.

I mean no offense to you ms-kleaneasy, but I will believe it when I see it. Your company's latest silence has been very worrisome for the die hard fans of Ghost Recon, such as myself.
I have no doubt at all that YOU believe there will be a beta. My doubt is whether or not it will be a true beta, or some kind of cheesy demo. And of course things change. So I doubt anyone outside of the actual boss of the actual staff making the game have a clue what is actually going on. Or can talk about it.
On a related note, I have a question. WHICH Ubisoft is responsible for these forums? And does THAT Ubisoft have anything whatsoever to do with the actual game? I ask because a friend of mine bought HAWX2, she had problems with it and contacted tech support.
WHO HAD NO CLUE AT ALL THAT ANY PC PROBLEMS EXISTED! DO YOU PEOPLE COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER AT ALL?????????????
I was poking about the HAWX forums and found someone else who had the exact same issue so it is NOT just her. Small wonder no one wants to talk to us, no one talks to ANYONE...Sheesh...

Personally I'm more concerned as to whether there will actually be a game never mind some half-assed demo or beta whichever it may turn out to be.
Things are not looking very promising on any front!!!!

There will still be a beta, Kimi Matsuzaki already said that there was. The only thing that is really uncertain is when it is. The last I herd was they were going to have it sometime probably next March.

You also said that there would be a full write up after E3! There was not! Pretty much everything you have told us about anything related to GRFS that was going to happen, never did! If this this was a murder case the guys from CSI and Sherlock Holmes would have great difficulty finding evidence of a game being forthcoming in the near future extremely hard to prove even if they had help from Inch High Private Eye and Hong Kong Phooey(and he's a dog). Though maybe we need to ask these questions to someone more along the lines of Uri Geller or some some other fortune teller type kind of person!!!(more chance of getting a correct answer?).

Beginning to think that the "FS" in GR:FS stands for "Fairy Stories" as in the Brothers Grimm.
