Question about PC version

Hello all. After doing some lurking and researching some previous posts, I've decided to hop in and ask a few questions. I'm a total novice, so forgive me if my questions are redundant or just plain stupid!

I played GR with my boyfriend, I believe it was on PS2, some time ago. I remember he and I would be on a team and we had to play against the console. Does anyone know if the PC version will have the same format? We have two computers networked together so I didn't know if this was a possibility. Also, we play Call of Duty multiplayer (against each other) and when we get bored with that we go online for more exciting multiplayer stuff. Is GRAW set up this way? COD is the only game I've played where I go online. So far it's been a blast. My bf has dabbled in Counterstrike but he's been preoccupied lately with installing uber-video cards (GEforce 7900GTX) and processors so he really hasn't had time to play that too much. I know when GRAW comes out for PC he'll be really excited.

You are asking if GRAW PC will have something called Co-op.
Where you and a friend(s) take on the singleplayer campagne together.

This will be in GRAW for PC, however max 4 players in Co-op was confirmed back in fall 2005.

Thanks for your reply. Currently we only have two PCs linked so that will work out just fine. I hope this game is as much fun as COD.

There is a co-op mode where you and some friends (Up to 4) can do the single player missions as a team. You can also go online in multiplayer with OTHER types of gameplay, like deathmatch, team deathmatch, etc. If you wanted to play co-op on a LAN which seems what you and your boyfriend are doing since you are both hooked together then that's possible as well.

We enjoy playing against each other, but sometimes it just gets boring with two people. A lot of the maps in COD are really big so you spend a lot of time running around with no action. I love online play because there's so much going on. It's awesome that there's an online version of GRAW for PC. Thanks a lot guys for all your help-you've been awesome.

deosl, did you happen to catch what was said in that one preview about co-op and the mod tools?
It said the game could be modded to support more than a 4 person co-op http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Let's hope so!

GRAW will have EVERYTHING !!

{B:P:R} will have a dedi uk server up on 195.20.109.74 as soon as humanly possible once the game is out and everyone will be welcome...As long as you are polite...
