CSI HARD EVIDENCE HELP!

Whenever i start up the progarm CSI hard evidence a message comes up saying to run GameUpdate.exe i press allow then the following message appears:

This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem i have Re-installed it several times the the full and minimum installation.

Ive got every previous csi game on my comp except the latest one CSI 3 Dimensions of murder is that the problem that i havent installed the lastest CSI game?

Please help me
