Error 1.22.502 Account Blocked?

Has anyone seen this error message? I was trying to connect online and I couldn't remember my password. I had it reset and completed the reset but now when I try to connect in game it says my account is blocked. I have searched the forums and havent't found anything. Any suggestions?

I really don't know that error and perhaps it's only temporary. Try again in 1 hour or so.

Got the same problem. Resetted password and now my account is blocked...
Gotta love new games... always something wrong with em...
