Anyone know if Archer has posted sound for full game?

I've got his old sound for the Demo. Wow, a whole new level of emmersion, but the file extensions are ".ogg" files and the game appears to be using ".wav" files. Anybody know how to convert? Or is there a release for the full game I'm not aware of?
