Five button mouse support?

I installed the game and have discovered that there is no support for my five button Boomslang. I did have a look at the DefUser file to see if I could add another button but I cannot seem to figure it out.
Can anyone please help me with this?

ill have to take a look at the .ini but im pretty sure i read on GB taht they didnt include support options for it.

EDIT:
if you go into the user.ini in 'System' it shows the layout...I dont know if you can add the mouse buttons commands and ahev it work...if you make a copy first it may be worth a shot
