it looks like sam is doing the type of splitjump from Pandora Tomorrow,,off to one side on the wall.

That's a picture used on one of the official wallpapers for SC PT.
So no, it's not a picture of SC4.

Most r gonna be 60 bucks. But does ANYONE no when sc4 is coming out? Have they even started on it yet?
