Questions Before I Buy

Okay, so I want to get the Limited Codex Edition. Mainly for the extra stuff, but also for the two character codes. I already have the Limited Edition with the Harlequin, but I would also like the Officer.

So my questions are:
1) If I buy this, can I use the codes on my North American Xbox 360 Console?
2) If I buy this, can I use this disk on my North American Xbox 360 Console?
3) If I were to use the codes and/or use this disk on my North American Xbox 360 Console, would there be any negative consequences?

1) No, on my codex edition codes, it said that they were region specific.
2) I'm not sure, I do not own an Xbox myself, but I don't think they are region free.
