The programe keeps crashing with splintercell3.exe file [Archive]

Hi

Can anyone help me, I'm on my second copy and Ive got the same problem. When the game begins to load it crashes and I get an error message saying there is a problem with the splintercell3.exe file.

I have a new PC, FX-53, 1Gig of RAM and a ATI X800XT card and all the latest drivers installed. Any one else having this problem?
