Handling all the server configs will be MIR_Milar and Running the GUID's will be UGN_Moose_PsB, Web site Design & Hosting by CKA_Dr._Von_Sock and Video by pZ_Sonic
The break down is simple: Simply Register to the forums and confirm your email sent. Try to use your isp email if possible. Then once registered on forums simply apply to Join team Canada or USA with your In GAME NAME AND GUID only! IF you would like to be a Captain of a team please enter that as well. Teams will be made up in order of sign ups to stop any stacking of teams. Also once your on a team you can not play for any other team once it is down to the finals as the rosters will be locked down prior to the start of the gaming. Once the teams and captains have been picked you will have about a week to play with your teams and practice. You will then have access to your teams forum and only your teams forum. This keeps down on any strats or gaming that each team would like to talk about or practice. Please tell all your clan mates and friends to come and sign up and have a blast, if you don't see the post in your clan forums please simply cut and paste or leave the URL in the forums with everyone's help we are going to have a huge turn out and alot of fun gaming now and long down the road. THE FIRST MOW DATES ARE SET FOR FEBRUARY 4th, 5th and 6th. Even if you have plans or things going on sign up anyways and once on a team just let your team know that you can play a few games but not all. Life is busy and hectic, not everyone can play every match and day. That's why there will be subs so just let your team know in and come on out and join the fun!

Canada vs. USA in the ultimate online gaming Death Match.
Each country will start with teams of 6 players placed in order upon sign up,with a few subs. These teams will have a round robin play style between them selves, with the best team to move on to defend their nation.
Depending on the number of teams for each country game play rounds will be set.
Every player must be signed up with in game name, guid number and valid email.
MIR Milar from RA will be setting up the in game anti cheats for the donates servers everymonth.
And Moose from PB with a few others will be running the GUID's to make sure none are on the MBL or SBL
The matches near semi and finals will be shoutcasted by HIFI Radio
Regular game play : Option Settings
Rounds Per Match:12 (Most rounds won at the end of 12 rounds wins the match)
* IF A ROUND COMES TO A DRAW IT WILL COUNT AS A round played*
Time Per Round: 4 Minutes
Time Between Rounds: 45 seconds
Dedicated Server: On
Friendly Fire: On (No Exceptions)
Team Killer Penalty: Off
Allow Radar: On
Allow Teammate Names: On
Force First Person Weapons: Off
Auto Balance Team: Off
Death Camera Settings
No Death Camera: Off
First Person: On
Third Person: Off

Mods: None , no binds of any sort
NOTE NO CMAGS WILL BE USED IN ANY OF THE MATCHES ALL OTHER KITS WILL BE ON:
Subbing/Hold of play: Each team will have a 30 second grace period/round/everytime a sub is needed. Meaning if someone has to sub or something comes up and a player can not play that round. Then play must resume with that team playing that round a man down. If a sub or player of that team can now play the rest of the match, they must enter the match after that last round has ended.
Teams will have 2 subs per team or more and any team may sub as many times as needed/match. How ever to keep the match moving along there will only be 30 seconds to pause and get that sub in unless agreed upon by both teams.
After 6 rounds of play then teams will switch sides and resume the next 6 rounds *REMEMBER DRAWS COUNT AS A ROUND*
There will be a main vent or ts up for the Captains to find out where there next match is and what server.
Any team with not enough players 6 to start their match there will be a 10 minute grace period to fill your roster for that match. Please just have pub games until this time has run down. If not enough players are able to play then that team will play short handed for the match, and at any time have enough to fill the roster of 6 players. The players will enter the match after the current round is over and the game is paused.
Maps for the first *MOW* will be Streets,Garage,and Import/Export the maps will be announced before game play !
Dropped players will remain out after a round has started and may enter next round. You have only 10 seconds to call a bug for the round to be restarted. To keep down on bugs there is only 5 times a team may call bug/round no other exceptions will be tolerated
At no time shall any votes be brought up in a match.
-Match time: All players should join the server on time. Once they have joined they should stay on their respective sides without TKing or killing the other team. This facilitates getting the match started in a timely manner.
-Captains: Two captains from each team will be designated to communicate prior to the match starting and between rounds. These captains should be identified in match communications prior to the match taking place. No other "global" communication is permitted, however, Good Game or Good Luck prior to and after matches is acceptable. It helps to turn the Spam filter off so that Captains may speak freely without the Spam filter cutting them off.
Disputes
All disputes will be handled by the ladder admin(s). Each and every dispute inevitably involves different aspects and will be dealt with individually.
TEAMS WILL BE PICKED ON CLOSING OF SIGN UPS OR BEFORE, WITH TEAM CAPTAINS. YOU WILL HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO LEARN WHO IS ON YOUR TEAM AND PRACTICE WITH THEM IF YOU ALL SO CHOOSE TO DO SO. REMEMBER THIS IS JUST A GAME, LETS KEEP IT FUN AND RESPECTFUL FOR ALL.
