COD, in a few months I'm going to be asking you guys an important question !

I'm sure there are many others on this forum who will be pondering over this question right now.
I gave up playing IL2 two or three years ago, when I ditched my PC in favour of a laptop with the intention of maybe upgrading the pc when SOW/COD was released.
Now the time of the new game seems finally to be approaching and I'm quite happy with my laptop, I can see myself being in a quandary as to whether I spend a few thousand on a new high performance PC and new monitor, which is really going to be for only one game.
It's going to be one hell of an expensive flight sim !!
So a little part of me is rather hoping you guys are going to say "don't waste your money " on COD, otherwise the temptation is going to be too great http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Well, if it follows the same pattern as the Original IL2, then when it is released it will be OK. Within weeks it will be good, and within months it will be very good. If you love to fly flight sims, Then u need a new desktop, 3x moniters,and a TrakIR 5 setup. And dont forget a good joystick, throttle and rudder. The good thing is that you can fly Rise of Flight, the best WW1 flight sim ever, right now.
