View Full Version : Unable to order.... Email Problem ?????????

I have a Ubisoft A/C. When I try & place order for UK Collectors Edition I get the following problem. I enter my email address & P/W. It then tells me to enter a valid email address. I assumed that the UBI A/C I had was for something different so I entered my email as a new user. It then says that my email address is already in use. Do they want to sell me this game or what????

Make sure you login to the ubi shop first, before trying to place the order, using the same username and password you use for the forums.
It should work flawlessly that way...

I managed to place order entering my USERNAME rather than my Email address as requested. STRANGE! I have a Paypal confirmation but NOT an UBI Confirmation????? Should I not get one from Ubi as well?

Now this is plain bizzare.... I CAN'T log into UBISHOP - MY ACCOUNT ONLINE! Using email or username. Please advise.
Having the same problem. I managed to place order successfully but it will not allow me to view my order. Keeps saying invalid password...
Yet I can log onto the forums and place a support call with the same password!

Recieved Email saying thay have No record of my order yet £58.91 has been taken from my Paypal Account. This is bordering on illegal surely? http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_eek.gif

They SEEM to have sorted it out now..... However whether it turns up remains to be seen!
