i wished that he had that gouryku jutsu (not sure if thats how its spelled or if its even called that) the one where he uses strings and ties the opponent to something then blows a huge fire blast at them

They had Dragon Flame jutsu (Ryuuka no Jutsu) in ROAN.

I think it looks fine, but the screenshot here, Grand Fireball Jutsu Screenshot (http://www.gamekyo.com/images0_5_13241.html) and the one in the vid look much different. The one in the screenshot looks much better, and from what i can tell they are both gameplay. Maybe the quality of the fireball was reduced because of the video quality?

in the game it looks ok but far from being as awsome as the anime version just like how 1 tailed kyuubi looks in this game.

euhm maybe, big maybe the could add a bit effect of fire some little curling flames escaping from the ball but it looks fine to me...
