Sausages! my video and question

ello all u whacky funsters! first ave a look at me first pucka effort at making a game caputerd video

its about 97megs and 9 mins long

its also NOT IL2FB eeek! its taken from the WW2ol simulation mostly in single player

my setup is as follows

ati radeon with svhs tv out to a vhs recorder via a scart adaptor and game sound from a standard jack to composite stereo plugs from the normal pc speaker out plug

then back into my pc via a tv tuner/caputer card (cheap pinnacle pctv rave) and again composite stereo to jack into me sound card line in!

pc specs are basically BEEFY!

id like to go to a digital capture method id like to know whats the cheapest way to do this for the best results

at the moment im considering buy a digital camera with svhs in.

but would a svhs video recorder do as a good a job but at significantly less cost?

U asking if u should stick with analog vhs camcorder or go for a digital camcorder?

That q is a tad off from what this forum's for, I'd say.
But not my call.

I'm far from a pro or even amateur in that field but digital camcorders are expensive but your captures will be easier to process and alot more nice functionalities.
As far as quality unless you're a serious professional u nor I can tell the difference.

Nice vid. Especially liked the banter in the plane.

Possible improvments for your next vid. More bombers in the flight. Fighter escort. An enemy attack either on the way in or on the way out or both. (IMHO. Everyone's a critic right?)

I can see now the quality of IL-2FB graphicly. Not a slam, just an observation.

Overall nice job though.
