I keep reading about this elevator that you have to clean, but can't find it anywhere. Also, I can't get to the "power distribution slider-can" on the Near Palace - no bridge, I've found no other way. Help?

Hi,
Did you go down to the second level. There is a way down then look around for something you can use to make a bridge.
