i lost my fields...

I was tooling around, getting to know the editor and i pressed a button(i don't know which one) and the all of a sudden, the four grids on the screen turned inot on big white blank page. all of the tool bars and etc are still there but no matter what i do i can not get my grids back. ya know what i mean? like the axis grid and all t=od those...PLEASE HELP! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif
