OxOd9flaee -- Need serious help please, cant play game

well i just recently tried to play online, and after the whole ordeal with my Active X and some program i had to delete, i thought everything was good. I was so wrong. I entered a game and it went to the splash loading screen, then a message popped up

---The Instruction at "0x0d9flaee" referenced Memory at "0x0da58d00". The memory could not be "read".--

then i hit ok and it shuts down the program. now i cant even play offline without getting the program, i never get passed the splash screen

someone please help, i really need to get back up in the air

Well, to me this looks like a bad install, and/or bad patching.

If that does not fix it, post the exact version you are using, and post a DxDiag Report.
