Csi Crime city can not play the game

i can not play the game
everytime i want to play csi crime city it loads
i can play maybe a couple seconds and then it says error please refresh your
paige.
ill refresh my page but when i come back in the game i must do everytime
it over and over i come not far with the game

how can i fixed it or are there some troubles with the game
