Okay, okay I know I'm being dense here but can anyone explain this to me? I'm doing it by trial-and-error and it's driving me crazy...

Use your right/left arrow keys to lock in fragments by clicking your middlemouse button (or whatever your default use/equip key is.)
As you are locking them in, the ones without those locked numbers will disappear. Then you can just use the up/down arrow keys to select the correct code and press enter.

i got to bathhouse before i knew you could click on the numbers on the right and i was doing it all by process of elimintaion =/
kind of wish i hadsnt found out, was almost hard that way

Heh, I was going to mention them as well. The training video does a pretty good job of explaining how to hack.

You could also click on the numbers on the right screen if they blink up. That'll eliminate alotta falses on the left side.

Simply tells you to click the LIT up numbers on the box in the BOTTEM RIGHT, untell you get it or there is only one number left on the list on the LEFT

Once you get to the higher levels and higher difficulties, you will have a rather limited number of "locks" and you will need to just remember the numbers that light up (or don't light up, because on Kokubo Sosho sometimes you only have about 3 seconds to figure out the address... you're supposed to find the code, basically, but it CAN be done.
