Massive hard drive thrashing.

When i run AC2 i have massive hard drive thrashing all the time, the frame rates are acceptable but the game stutters alot, even when staring at the ground doing nothing.

Vista 32b.
E6600.
4 GB DDR2.
8800 GTX.
7200 250 GB seagate.

AC1 runs perfectly nice and smooth..
Anyone else?
