Do you find the type 2 torp to have less duds than the steam powered one? and i know the supercharger upgrades the engines but by how much? 3 knots? or so?

on the 1st one havn't a clue
on the 2nd one by about a knot or so i think - on a type VII-B anyway 17 to 18
