Dusty Disc - PS3

I bought Splinter Cell - DA for PS3 a few days ago at EBGames. The game was still in its original packaging, fully sealed. After I unwrapped and opened the plastic case, I was surprised to see that the game disc was covered with fine dust particles. I used some compressed air to get rid of most of the particles, and then I applied a microfibre lens cloth. However, I can still see smudges on the surface of the disc, almost as if dust covered the disc at some point during the manufacturing process. The game appears to be working so far, but I am only at level 1.

Has anyone experienced the same problem? Should I try and replace my copy with a new one?
