SO MUCH HAS BEEN FIXED SINCE THE BETA, THIS DEMO ROCKS! CAN'T WAIT FOR THE FULL DELUXE VERSION OF THE GAME! SOME ARTIE ICONS DEFAULT TO A PICTURE OF A WAND EVEN IF THEY ARE BOOTS OR HELM, BUT OTHERWISE CAN'T FIND ANY PROBLEMS YET. . . THANKS UBI AND NIVAL!

I can run the game but can't play it http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif . It just crashes when loading the maps. Maybe I don't have a good enough video card.

Finally I managed to play the demo: online in duels. It's soooooooo cool, makes me hanker for the game even more. *says to himself* "I want it, it's OURS! My precious...". And I am not afraid of no hailstorm, nor meteor storm, nor chain lightning, nothing. I have the exact same problem! Worse, I already preordered the limited edition and this problem is worrying me that it will not work when I get it. How did you do it Madman_V3NOM ?

Someone please help me out. I ran it, it worked, when it loaded the map, it crashed! I tried it with no sound, and the smallest resoulution but no avail. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_confused.gif

I tried all those things too. I still can only play it in duels online. Don't worry about when it comes out, I heard it's just a bug and lots of people can't play. I'm sure they will fix it by the release.

Cannot play the campain or custom map, however the multiplayer works. Now that's not a video problem on any computer. Almost half of us has this problem, I can play it online too, just not single player. But online its so slow, I don't know what UBisoft puts into this.

Probably they did not pay their programmer enough, or they just started on the project in January with the programming (maybe the idea and detail were well formulated) but the programming sucks. This eats up too much space, and memory, and it only works for a particular part and crashes.

They haven't done all their testing, I hope that they will give a patch for this....so we can play the demo......

I'm very happy with the demo. Played the first campaign level so far, and it looks nice. You can tell by the look and feel of the combat that it took a lot from etherlords 2, which had a really nice atmosphere.

I really liked playing the duels in etherlords 2 but not the campaign and scenario modes were awful (sorry guys).

I hope the second and third maps of HOMM5 demo are bigger though!
