View Full Version : Unable to get into lab.

I have tried for weeks now and still can not get into my lab. I have evidence waiting to be picked up and some that needs to be processed.
I have no other issues with getting into the game, but I can't get to my lab so that stops all progress.
Please help. I like the game and would like to continue to play.

Please explain what happens when you try to go to your lab?

When I click on got to Lab, I get Connecting to Server and the little circle thing in the middle of the screen and it just keeps running and never connects. I have tried clearing the cache and reloading, but nothing works. I have updated browsers and Adobe flash.
Nothing seems to work. And it happens, no matter how I try to get to the lab.

Have you tried in another browser? What browser are you currently using?

I use firefox. version 3.6.13 And yes, I have tried IE as well and nothing seems to work.
When it gets the spinning circle in the middle of the screen and says connecting to server, up in the right hand corner, it looks like it doesn't know who's lab it is going after. It has a question mark up next to the name of the lab.

I experience the same thing. When I connect I get the Connecting to Server then an eventual server error message. When my friend tries to visit my lab through their profile they get an immediate server error message.

How long has this been occurring and is it still happening now?

Yes my friend has been able to log in on my computer and the game. I have tried other browsers and computers still wont work. The issues happened after the 1.6.1 update I want to say and it is still happening. Before that update I experienced no issues.
