and how do i get the url code from the picture.. i cant remember.

Well you have to upload it somewhere. (or it has to be already uploaded).
photobucket.com would be the best place it has free registration and simple to use options.
The url code is the link to the pic.
Example the url code for the might and magic website is http://www.mightandmagic.com/uk/
For your pic it will be something like http://www.website_you_uploaded_to.com/yourpicturename.extension
