Unzipping error

my friend downloaded Farcry off direct2drive and had no problems during the download, however during the unzip he gets the error: invalid compressed data to inflate. He already paid for the game has tried to re-download repeatedly but nothing works.

Any way to contact direct2drive? they have no telephone number on their website.

Anyone else had this problem or helpful suggestions?

The website says North America only, over 17 years old, and winzip version 9 or above. Are all of these conditions met?
I saw this also on the website:

"If you have any questions about your purchase of the Far Cry download, our support staff is always here to answer your questions."

There must be a link or email to use for this.
