Confirmation of Billing and Shipping Info [Archive]

All,
I was one of the first to pre-order SHIII. I have subsequently moved and would like to confirm with Ubisoft that I need to update my shipping address. However, I do not know how to update them to ensure I get my copy as soon as it come out. Also, I want to make sure my CC info is accurate as I have cancelled a few cards since then, also.

I think it's best that you login into the shop.ubi.com pages, and go to your order page. There's a small icon to email them a question (change, or cancel, etc) about your order.

Ah oh. I just checked my account and it says I have no order. I ordered two copies!!!

Then again I did the pre-order to get the recognition manual. Is this somehow different than pre-ordering on the ubisoft site?

Help!!!
