I am aware that this is a strategy and tactics forum. And yet, no one gives any strategy or tactics at all. So feel free to give any strategy or tactics at all. I'm a struggling noob who needs some serious help.

another good tip :- when moving always look behind you ocassionally, its the worst feeling in the world when youve let a guy get up to you so close you can feel there breath and putting 1 shot in the back of your head, it gives them tremendous ego problems http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Ok, tactics:
1)practice moving forward side to side and firing on single shot as you move forward.
Always be walking when you start firing. example: Running OOo no! enemy : run off / forward side to side single fire keep moving

2)Croutch on close contact (a fast move) enemy shots over top. KEEP MOVING and FIRING.

3)Key and mouse work imporant look everywhere while moving. Learn to use as high sensitivity and possiable.

4) move pause and Listen/repeat - learn to hear them coming. A good head set can tell you someone is coming and from what direction - some maps you can hear people coming up and down stairs. Then out the door and shot them in the back lol.

ok that should get u started good luck.

Thx for all the great tips. I'm not getting owned so much anymore. But can anyone give me good suggestions on what weapons to use on a 4v40 terrorist hunt in the Streets Map?
Thx a bunch http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

A good weapon for Streets is the M16A2 SD, it is deadly accurate. I have done terro hunt with 1 AI backup with M4 SD and beaten it No smoke. No caulties.

Good luck!

Thx a bunch but there is another problem. The m16 has heavy recoil so i find myself often switching to semiautomatic firing mode. But that just leaves me vulnerable to multiple tangoes, even when i take a mac11/9 or a micro uzi with highcap mags. Is there a gun just as stable as the m16, but on full auto mode? If there is tell me plz. Thx a bunch again. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/1241.gif

I am currently using the AUG with silencer and find it deadly. I find the G36 with or without silencer to be a bit less accurate and stable (not to mention louder) so I am still sticking with the AUG (Ya' hear that teebus?!?!?!?) http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/mockface.gif In any case thx for all help. Keep up the tips guys!

one way to work on your reaction speed is to do the shooting training mission. Try to keep the pop up targets down. Then start moving side to side while keeping them down. Very good at working on your hand eye cooridnation with shooting.

1) If ur playing COOP terrorhunt. when you come 2 a corner and ur cont hve frag or any other helps beside ur prim. and. sec. you can find out if a terrorist is right behinn the corner by run few steps and you might hear him
2) if u are playing with AI backup dont ever have them 0,5 m Behind you back , that might failure your mission in a sec. if you get into a trap
3) and its always the bst thing 2 use a silencer on CooP
4) Teamsurviaval try always 2 move fat but pricacly and carefully, always try 2 think a bit further than ur enemy..and ALWAYS try 2 watch ur buddies back!!
5) 1 nother thing is if u change ur controling the best thing is 2 have everything of from primary 1 to items 4 nearby eachother
6) and on teamsurvival when you want 2 peek behind the corner try 2 press left or riht as the same moment u pressin crunch button.

It's part of the tutorial missions. One is for shooting familiarization and it's a building with windows in it with pop up targets. Hitting the targets knocks them down and they pop back up after a few seconds. If you get good you can keep them down.

have read the prima strategy guide now and they had one tip I had not thought of before.

They say aim for the crotch because it´s easier to hit than the head and you avoid the body armor http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Otherwise while I continue this monologue.

When planning how do you set up waypoints to most effectively clear a room without throwing grenades and such?

Do you use tons of waypoints as many as you can cram in or as few as possible? What speed when entering rooms is the most effective in in door areas?

- Get used to firing in single shot.

- learn the maps, especially choke points in TvT

- Work with a team

- watch your six

- Stop & Listen

- Be creative

to add to rouge, once there go to the tactics section that shoudl have everything youll need

but as a quick guide move from cover to cover dont constantly reload, the walls are your best friend, grenades are meant to be thrown in this game and not held as a live pet so pull pin throww soon after, and last real quick as there is a lot to cover always have a backup plan just in case

To FatGuy11223.
A good weapon with little recoil would be the G36. Just pop smoke when you know there is tangos nearby and step into the smoke and fire at will.
