Just to lighten the mood I've started this thread. Simply post any funny/pathetic replies you've had from Ubisoft "support".

This was a reply to my (and many others) problem with AC2 regarding freezes when playing on a quad core PC.

Hello,

The main reason is that Developers still only build games utilizing a maximum of two-processors.

we have no further details about this issue, but if you want we could give you details to contact Head-Office.

I waited 4 days for that reply, the least the guy could do is spell support properly. No apology, no mention of how to deal with it, even if the ridiculous rubbish he has replied with was true, no help at all. Just a 'this is how it is, tough' attitude. LOL, you gotta laugh at the sheer ignorance and complete lack of knowledge.

Well I giggled a bit when I read on another thread technical support claiming that the wireless Xbox 360 controller doesn't work with AC2 (it does... mostly) and that people should use the wired version. I mean the two versions of the controller are *exactly* the same apart from the way they connect to your PC yet one is not properly supported! Ubisoft even support both controllers properly in their other games, e.g. Prince of Persia and Far Cry 2!

You have to laugh at the sheer absurdity of this, don't you?

Good support isn't it? ROFL. Like this forum in general, titled 'Technical Help and Advice', but where does the help and advice come from, it certainly isn't from Ubi staff.

Ubisoft basically cannot improve on what they have made, they are no Bioware or SCE Santa Monica are they? We should pity them really.

All tech forums are community tech support NOT official Ubisoft support, this has always been the case. However tech support do try and visit the forums when time permits although their primary role is within the tech centre dealing with ticket issues.

@ All - any complaints or feedback on support or any other aspect of Ubisoft please direct to the appropriate departments or a forum manager via private topic on the forums. Thanks
