nope, they should have been included in the game. They would have made my total completion time at least 20 hours.

No because if they were:
1)Like TreFactor said, it should have been in the game initially.
2)It would have taken longer to be released
3)I would be paying for the 3 Lairs again.
4)It would take ages to download.
5)Its cheaper overall the way they've done it.
