Read the last paragraph again, it states, SCC will determine whether or not Lambert is dead. Also, Wiki is not known for accuracy and anyone can place information on any subject whether it be true of false. Entries are not verified by Wiki.

I'm waiting for your reliable source, still. Until Ubi verifies that Lambert is dead and won't be part of the new game, I won't believe what anyone posts on Wiki. Lambert died in the Xbox version (form what I heard), but was alive after the game in the 360 version. Ubi has not verified 100% whether Conviction will follow the path of Essentials, or DA 360.

Well, SC:C is a Xbox 360 exclusive, so it doesn't have to follow up the storyline of other versions. We never saw Lambert die in our version, so he may be still alive.

But yeah, it is pretty clear that Sarah is dead. It was also in the storyline of 360's version of DA. Lambert's a big mystery.

I think there is every chance that Lambert has retired in ConViction, possibly returning as one of Sam's 'underground' contacts. I do not think he will be in 3rd Echelon though, as has been said. He wouldn't let Sam be treated like this.

I hope that they at least try to bridge the gap between DA and ConViction. From what I've read, the 'To Be Contineued' at the end of 360DA and the fact that Sam is on the run from the FBI seem to be largely ignored in ConViction.

Bob, that is what I can't figure out. Sam was being pursued by SWAT to be taken into custody at the end of DA. At the end of the bonus map (Coast Guard Boat), one could here Wm's asking for his surrender, how can the first 8 missions of SCC be Sam working at 3E under Wms?


Also, after Sam "shoots" Lambert (360DA), Sam tells Lambert help is on the way, and considering the building is surrounded by SWAT, that's a good indication of rescue. Further if you look at Sam's OPSAT Lambert is still a yellow dot, even though Sam cannot go back into the room.

Also I agree since SCC is 360 exclusive the only storyline that will be used is the 360 version, MS wouldn't even consider Essentials as an integral part of the story and dismiss it completely.

I hope SCC turns out to be the best of them all, even though I do have my doubts.

as of this moment, it is not known whether Ubi have gone with Lambert being dead or alive

in Essentials, he's dead, but you have a choice in Double Agent

and yes, Sarah IS dead, we all know that and knew that before DA even came out

the REASON why Sam is on the run is NOT because he killed Lambert it's because they think he's a TERRORIST and Williams set him up

the only people that knew about Sam going under cover were Lambert and a few key people in the NSA

you guys are also forgetting about the options you got in DA

Sam is also wanted (possibly) for the destruction of the ship on Cozumel which lead to hundreds of deaths, and also the assassination of a CIA agent (Hisham)


take all that into account and stop making conjecture about what is and isnt going to be in the game
