I have an ATI Radeon 8500 Video Card with Windows XP 2.0. 512 ram.
Should I puy Silent Hunter 4? Will it run on my configuration? I like Sub Sims and am tempted to buy this. I would also buy the add on UBoats if this would run on my computer. Thanks Guys!

Hello Sharon,
I have an ATI X1600 pro video card with XP and first tried running the game with 1 gig of RAM and it just didn't like it. I went to 1.5 gig and that helped alot.

First, welcome to the SHIV Forums, sharon.
Try checking out the SHIV Guide (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/6421019045/m/4351073726/p/1) for the minimum and recommended requirements for SHIV.
Right now I can tell you that I think that the 8500 is not supported and you'll need to up your ram to at least a gig (1024). Hope this helps.
