Demo Charge

Hey everyone. I'm having trouble placing a Demo Charge. I'm right on top of the red dot on my HUD, but it won't place the stupid thing. It's the level where I'm by myself in the jungle and I have to blow up the convoy and the refueling spot.Can someone help me out here? Thanks

you just have the demo charge out and then click the right trigger and poof like magic it starts planting it
